Cortez Backyard Office

The Cortez Backyard Home Office is a premium ASUNTO 8′ x 12′ Backyard Studio extra-height build package. It features an extra 1.5′ of height on the front wall to allow for above-door interior storage and includes one 4′ x 5′ vinyl slider window and one 2′ x 4′ single hung window, and Fiberglass Full-light French Doors. The interior walls are drywalled and the ceiling echos the home interior ceilings with Fir T&G strips and pot lights. The exterior Cedar Channel vertical siding matches the home finishing, and a 4′ x 12′ front deck leads to the front doors. The home office is further built for comfort with the installation of a heat pump to keep the interior cool in summers and cozy warm in winter. Because the site is highly compacted for the installed turf, a minimum foundation of pavers placed at the corners and centre of the walls and in the centre of the building was sufficient.
