This North Van Workshop & Shed is a premium ASUNTO 8′ x 13′ Backyard Studio extra-height with flat roof build package. It features an extra 2′ of height all around 8′ high sliding glass doors and windows. The interior walls and ceiling is drywalled with track lighting for optimal directional work/task lighting. The exterior has 4″ Cedar channel siding. Next to the studio is a 5′ x 10′ storage shed with matching finishing and the surrounding yard has multiple concrete patios and walkways.
